OUR MISSION
Here at Performing-heARTS, we are driven by a single goal: to create a space where every participant feels seen, celebrated, and confident being exactly who they are. Through creativity, connection, and encouragement, we empower individuals to express themselves, build confidence, form meaningful connections, and discover the joy of taking the spotlight.
What We Do
WEEKLY VIRTUAL CLASSES
Music and theater classes on Zoom every week — free for every family, all year round.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Showcases and celebrations where our performers take the stage for family and friends.
THEATER CAMP
A week of songs, scenes and rehearsal, building toward a performance everyone has a part in.
PARTNER PROGRAMS
We work alongside Friendship Circle, Little Mentors and The Miracle Project to reach more students.
Recent Work

LATEST EVENT
Theater Camp ’26
Five days of creativity, confidence, and connection! Our virtual Theater Camp brought participants together to explore every part of the stage—from building characters and learning choreography to directing scenes and stepping into the spotlight. Most importantly, campers had the chance to express themselves, try something new, and have so much fun along the way.
Our Partners
We work alongside organizations who share the same idea: that everyone belongs on a stage. Friendship Circle, The Miracle Project, and Little Mentors have helped us reach more families, and their volunteers show up for our students week after week.

Get Involved
There are three ways in. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Join a class
Weekly classes are free and open to children and young adults with special needs. Tell us about your performer and we’ll get you set up.
Volunteer
Performers, teachers, tech helpers — or just a steady, friendly presence. There is a place for you in class.
Partner with us
Schools and organizations: if you serve families we could reach together, we’d love to talk.
